Transparency
Article 5.4 of Law 19/2013, of December 9, on transparency, access to public information and good governance, of a basic nature, requires that the subjects and entities included in their subjective scope of application publish the information subject to Transparency obligations in their corresponding electronic offices or websites.
This Portal contains information on the obligations of active advertising provided for in Law 19/2013, of December 9, on Transparency Access to Public Information and Good Governance, in Law 1/2014, of June 24, on Public Transparency of Andalusia and in the City Council Transparency and Access to Information Ordinance. As well as the information derived from the International Transparency indicators and other important initiatives in the field.
