25/10/2017. AVE Cities Network promotes its Avexperience and Renfe Spain Pass products, in addition to its destinations, at ITB Asia fair, from 25th to 27th October. The association participates, with its own counter in the pavilion of Turespaña, in one of the most important tourist events at international level and, at the moment, the leading trade fair in Asia, which will allow it to reinforce its presence in a particularly interesting market, taking into account that the number of tourists of that continent does not increase more than every year, in our country.
During this fair, the association will hold meetings with leading agents from that continent such as Dolores Travel Services, Anta Express Tour and Travel, Global Center, Tripstery and Tuniu, among others, which will allow the Network to present its alternative to travel Spain with Avexperience and Renfe Spain Pass.
ITB Asia is the leading travel industry fair on the continent. It is a luxury showcase for professionals to promote its proposals and sign new contracts. This year the fair will have many new features, as the organization points out in its website: for the first time, ITB Asia will host the Visitors Office and Rio de Janeiro Convention, the Moscow City Government, Promote Iceland, as well as a Pavilion African, among others.
There is a substantial increase in the number of exhibitors from South Africa (200%), Russia (183%) and Brazil (100%). China also grows 31% this year with Ctrip, Wuzhen Tourism, Hua Min Tourism and Reserve or Shanghai’s Toptown International Travel Agency.
Tunisia and Rwanda will make their debut this year, joining the Kenya Tourism Board and other African exhibitors from Tanzania, Botswana, South Africa, Namibia and Sudan.
In addition to the promotion at ITB Asia, this fall, Ave Cities Network plans to participate in other international fairs such as WTM London, ETOA City Fair and GEM ETOA in London or IBTM World in Barcelona, among others.
So far this year, the network has strengthened its international profile in the USA, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, China and, at European level, the United Kingdom, France and Italy are focusing.
